This was the first shmup I had ever played back when I first found it on the 360. This game opened up the floodgates and lead me to try and enjoy other games of this genre. This game is a whole lot of fun to play even if you are not very good at shmups. I am extremely glad to see that it is no longer stuck on the 360 and recommend everyone who enjoys shmups to give this game a go. If you are like me and not so good at shmups play it anyway, it is that fun.

I hope more players pick up this game and enjoy it, it is a blast.

Edit: After spending more time playing this game I have found myself getting scores and achievements I never would have though possible back when I played this on the Xbox 360. I find it quite addicting to keep pushing further to see just how far I can take my scores on the leaderboards and what feats I can accomplish in the game.

It has been a long time since a game has made me want to push myself to better myself at it as much as I could and left me feeling satisfied by my continual progress.

I may never be number 1 at TriggerHeart EXELICA, but it does a good job at making me feel fulfilled and satisfied at pushing my limits of the game as far as I possibly can.
