It should come with an installer. You just have to point it at your RCT2 folder.

It's a User Created Expansion Set (UCES). I was on the team that made it. We created about 20 new scenarios, custom scenery, a huge amount of flat rides and rollercoasters. It's kind of hard to find nowadays but it is still available. (Yes, it's free.) it was actually created back before most of us had broadband. Anyway, I'll stop bothering you.

Hey! I see you play a lot of RCT2. Have you ever heard of RCT2 UCES?
