Yeah this dude randomly went up to me and tried selling me a radio for some CSGO skins. It took me 2 hours to make him accept the fact that i didn't want to do it. He was really strung out too, his eyes were bloodshot and his skin was yellow. He was really twitchy too, i was honestly terrified.
