Early game is fine. Combat in PVE while learning the different weapon skills was great. Open world PVP was a fun break from questing. Gathering and crafting skills mechanics are pretty satisfying.

Then mid to late game it changes... PVE is the same reskinned animals and enemies with a larger health bar. Open world PVP becomes an annoyance because repairing your items uses in-game currency, which is very limited, so everyone stops flagging. Gathering and crafting becomes a grind to max level (200). Since there is a very limited market for any mid-tier crafted items in all specialities you engage in a mindless loop of farming/crafting/deleting items to get to 200.

End game (Level 60) Gear score is introduced, you start at 500 and max is 600. You either have to PVE farm level 60 enemies and chests to slowly increase your gear score from loot drops level by level OR you can grind your crafting skills and craft your own 600 gear score items. AGS decided this was all happening too fast for their liking and decided to secretly increase the XP it takes to gain crafting levels almost tenfold, nerf chest loot and increase enemy HP as a way to increase the time taken to reach end game and hide it in their latest content patch while conveniently leaving it out of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ patch notes.

Maybe the game will recover but for now its in a bad state and you'll regret investing your time into it the longer you play.

Decent game.

Played on USEAST8 for a day with a friend. Built a wood tier and then stone base. After grinding levels and farming to build a base that would withstand a raid, two ppl came on and flew through the walls and took both of our bases... There is nowhere to report hacking or cheating only bugs so these hackers will continue to ruin what could be a very promising game. A proper hacking reporting needs to be implemented or all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ servers will be unplayable.
