(5000+ hours on record) - Has come a long way over the years, switched engines at some point in the development in the game and that really helped with most of bugs/glitches. Along with modding support, DayZ can be whatever you make of it. If you just want to play for the PvP (although i wouldn't recommend it, DayZ Is a Survival game at the end of the day). There is something for everyone with modding support (recommend playing on community servers, try to stick to vanilla themed servers as a new player). Overall one of the better multiplayer survival games on the market today, not as much base building and PvP as you'll get in a game like Rust. More about player interactions, and seeing how long you can keep yourself alive. Solid 7/10 for DayZ in 2022.

Very fun and addtictive, comparing this to the older battle royals (arma II, h1z1, ect..) I perfer this by far. Will be a very good game for a DayZ mod or just modding in general. Would give it a solid 9/10, the only bad things i can say about this game is sometimes motorbikes can be alittle glitchy, and it can get boring if you play solos too many times in a day.
