Overall I think that Carrion is a fun game but there is barely any challenge for the player and there is a large lack of enemies and content in the game. Gameplaywise it is really good and has a lot of gameplay mechanics that the monster can use to fight back, but there is simply nothing to fight back against and most of the game is orientied more into solving puzzles rather than on fighting gameplay. I just feel a little betrayed with the ending for the game, hoping that there would more challenge in the last level or you get to fight actual enemies. After getting all those powerups it became ridiculous that the last level basically doesn't have anyone even with a gun to fight you. It is an okay game but it doesn't feel like a full game. Compared to similar art style Katana Zero or Blasphemus, this game lacks in story and the world meaningfullness. You go around killing humans and humans are just waiting for you to kill them most of the time. There's nothing to actually push you to fight for real or seek hiding in more difficult spots. If given a few more months on this game I think it could have been way less dull if they just rounded it up with the final level where you have to use everything you've learnt and go through a bunch of human trying to stop you with the sci fi technology.

You should still try this game if you want to have fun killing people. The funny thing is if I didn't go to sleep while the app was up I am pretty sure I'd be able to refund it after beating the game as well. I advice Alien vs Predator if you really want to have the feeling of a monster while playing.
