Its some ancient model from the CSS days

Sorry, I don't have texturing skills. You can make a SWEP similar to the original, but I have long forgotten lua. Making animation of the Dominator activation will also be a separate problem. I Love Psycho-Pass:phone_c::jobsim_hand:
