I'm a horror game vet, I've played most of the iconic ones: Amnesia, Outlast, Silent Hill, Resident Evil, etc... but this game managed to keep me on edge in a way no other game has. The 3rd level managed to get a yelp out of me, and that doesnt happen often. I highly recommend getting this game just for a quick scare, it's only a couple hours long unless you do all the extra content.
