Spiritfarer is a visually beautiful and sentimental story with an interesting cast of characters, but with a very monotonous and sometimes dull gameplay. I first heard about the project from the first trailer, where I was hooked from the first seconds by the visual design and gameplay in the dynamics of the trailer. It was interesting to play this product.



And after 47 hours of gameplay and passing all the available quests, not just the main story, I can say that the gameplay is not the strongest side of this project, as it is monotonous and aimed not so much at the exciting problem solving, but more on the atmosphere and the relationships between the characters. But even despite the different characters, which are revealed through their extensive monologues, the essence comes down to the execution of their quests and extraction of the necessary resources. Perhaps I am not the target audience of this project, but after spending a few days in the game, I can say that the game can get boring, even in terms of passing the main story. At some point I want to finish the game as soon as possible and not go back to fulfill the whims of the spirits and the resumption of resources through a huge number of mini-games, simply because there is no exciting alternative game in this project, unfortunately.

 Despite the minuses of gameplay, I want to say THANK YOU to the visual artists and designers of this project for the work done and detailed world.



You have to understand that Spiritfarer is first and foremost about the visually beautiful story, relationships and emotions and secondly the gameplay, where you need to chill out, enjoy the everyday things and sometimes strain your brain on how to solve certain problems, because the game does not give you readable hints.

Мне эта часть понравилась, даже больше, чем первая. Сюжет прикольный, игра стала динамичней, красивые пейзажы и интерьеры приятные для глаз. Враги, по сравнению с первым Dishonored, стали опасней и проворней. Вначале игра немного провисала, но потом всё стало хорошо. Советую поиграть
