This game remains pretty challenging in every difficulty. It's by no means the cakewalk the original NES game would have been. Personally, I really love the redesign. It feels like you're taking on one of the larger-than-life adventures with the DuckTales gang.

I really, REALLY liked the original NES title so seeing this Remastered version... I was smiling ear to ear when I first started up the game. Gotta love this version of the main title! The rearranged versions of all the tracks of the game... the designers took no prisoners when they set out to tune up the NES game. Listen to the new version of The Moon theme... and you KNOW you're in for the adventure of a lifetime!

I MIGHT gripe that there are times that the difficulty spikes through the roof in the infamous Capcom fashion. Maybe I'm too lazy or something, but difficulty spikes don't really qualify for replay value.

However, the music and the graphics are really immersive and the control is as good as it ever was in this game. I personally felt I was with Scrooge all the way. Despite the some ridiculously frustrating stage design elements I can't really fault this game.

If you're into old-school platforming, do yourself a favor and grab this one!
