If you know how to play, an amazing game. If you just follow the story, Its just an ok game. Fallout 3 would be better for that kind of gameplay. For total RP, go for New Vegas. Thats not to say I dislike Nate, love the game. Best sarcastic jerk of all time!

I wanted to play militaristic, try diplomacy, if fail go to war (I spent a lot on airforce and army costs)...




Not only did I never go to war, I got the best ending with good economy (I may have caused some inequalities to immigrants but I united the nation right? :D), good relations with almost everyone but theocrats of Durden, equality and freedom for the citizens, Unity with Zille, etc.

This was my second playthrough, in first, I united with Pales. Then because I wanted slightly more democracy by the institutions, the military did a coup. Even on multiple playthroughs, you cant guess what will happen.

Even though I trust developers enough to believe all similarities are simple cases of Coincidence, this game shows a near 80% percent similarity to 80's Turkey. This is an entirely good thing of course as challanges, decisions and uncertainty of this game is incredibly fun and hard to find. It even gave me new points of views. I cannot recommend it enough!

Is good.

Has some "smol" problems but none game breaking. Also has A LOT of mods in ModDB and this, is a big plus. It can be hard sometimes, to the point you have to retreat before you lose your command units. You always have to check on your units in all combat. You have to know ,to a point, what unit uses what weapons and what weapons do what. You have to do ammo management, its always better to split units that use missles or they will use multiple TOWs for a single BMP-1 in long range, killing it first missle and rest goes around wasted. Also for new players, SHIPS HAVE BAD ARMOR, they are bad against tanks! Use their long range guns or lose a whole destroyer to 4 T-72s or something similar. Good luck!

One of my favourite games. It has a long story if you know how to play and dont just focus on main quests. Gun mechanics are decent. It used to have "not the best optimization" on PC and still has bad on consolde but now, I dont really have much problems with PC (I play on low settings due to my computer overheating, In my testings model quality dont have much effect on FPS but filtering has a big impact). Unfortunately DLCs are too expensive but they are fun if you have them (they are short with main one being the sequal). AI has some stupidity yet not to be underestimated. Vehicles are especially strong if you dont know what to do. It definitely worth the price (At least in my own location)

For me, It just feels like another coop horror game with friends. I know there is another player on the other side but I never managed to get that feeling. I dont play horror games anyway, just do it for my friends. but If you have 4 other friends, its a very fun experience. Also despite the fact that ever match plays different due to many maps, its a bit repetitive when you play it enough. Also my gameplay hours might be misleading, my friends love this game and I watched them for many hours.

Coop when

Paradox knows their spirit animal is "DLC" so there is not much to say. At least I have most of the DLC for Hearts of Iron IV.
