An improvement on it's predecessors and just an all round great game... will need around 70-80 hours to finish without the dlc (which you will also want) so good value really...
The Blood and Wine DLC is more like another game than DLC and will add at least another 20-30 hours to game time.

The game is beautiful and runs well, current favourite game of all time.
