Red Faction is a series that I originally started playing on the Playstation 2. I fell in love with the story of miners on Mars, rising up against thier corporate overlords and towards a peaceful and free Mars society.

Genre: FPS

Story: Miners rise up against corporate overlords and you're their only hope.

Story length : 10-12 hours, more if you mess with Geo tech.

Multiplayer: KIA

Pros; Beginning story starts off fast and intresting. Geography destruction is cool and can lead to some cool goodies. Guns pack a punch and usually have a secondary use, alot like the Half Life series weapons. Can run on almost anything.

Cons: Stealth sections are horrendous. Some mission objectives can be very unclear. Ally and enemy AI are lackluster, to say the least. Graphics aren't the best, but detract hardly at all from the overall expirence. Lack of enemy of variety.

Overall, a very fun a cheap game (price wise) that doesn't destroy your PC in the performance department and is mostly a title to play to say that you've played it and get to expirence the awesome, though limited use of, Geo tech.
