Zilean's passive lets him store experience over time, and then give it to an ally to level them up — even if they haven't earned enough XP yet. This means he can literally time travel someone into the future, experience-wise. 🕰️
Bonus quirk: If Zilean gives someone enough XP to level up and they get a skill point, it can interrupt their recall — because leveling up counts as taking an action!
