Thats the enlisted experience. The movements janky, it jerks between floating on ice and jerking you forward like Roadhog in overwatch.

The melees a joke, Bayonet 4 times on a guys back not a single reg, Butt of his stick, 1 hit shot my face.

The Tank gameplays a joke, which is crazy considering warthunder, Half the tanks will auto drive forward causing you to spam the brake because apparently the drivers got a lead foot, you want to swap between ammo belts on an auto canon? guess you gotta dump 50 shots 4 bursts so the gun doesnt overheat, Not like in warthunder where you could just shoot twice and use a new rack. 0 skill involved too btw, Theres no mode difference, noobs are always told exactly where they need to shoot, It's like Arcade 24/7, which i guess is fun if you like mindlesss drooling knowing the enemy is told exactly where to aim to 1 shot. Makes uptiers even worse, You're stuck on a garbage rod auto cannon tank when an enemy can just roll up and lolpen you with a full uptier tank. It's not even gradual like warthunder, full uptier tank basically means the guys got a 20mm and the other guys got a 70mm that will just 1 pen no aim required and will then spend the rest of the match lobbing HE into your team because it tells him where he needs to aim.

I got over 2k hours in war thunder and from the game play in that to this is jarring, It's like someone lined my jaw up on the curb and then slammed a maul into my head. I dont get how you can jump so far backwards.

Now let me get started on the P2W aspect. Don't get me wrong, i've sent my fair share of paychecks to gaijin for war thunder, But this is egregious.

In war thunder you could get away with a dollar or two to have fun in the LOW B.R brackets, First entry, spend a couple bucks, remove the pain. (Literally 2-5 bucks)

The devs of this steaming pile of feces actually expect you to drop 25-30 BUCKS on entry level equipment like who do they think they are to charge more than war thunder, a decent game that gives you that Fairground circus entry fee of $2-5 for fun in a low BR vehicle?

Incredibly good game.

Theres a bug reporting section in the discusson that the devs are watching and fixing like Hawks, I reported a bug that made me really annoyed and it was fixed within 12 hours

Dev is super responsive and this games future looks incredibly bright, worth full price and then some.

In terms of Gameplay, Think of a mixture of rim world with much less micro of the vast, and more micro of the minority. You have lords that are your functionaries and carry out directions and research, Incredibly well done game play thats very satisfying to watch carry out in real time

I saw a bare bones attempt at mimicking Stellaris.

In it's current state I can't.

The gameplay is mildly fun, the loops isn't bad.

However the UI at times comes off extremely cluttered and during my just under two hours the audio would bazzerly cut. For instance during heavy rain it'd randomly stop audio and there would be sharp lightning storms jumping in and out.

I understand it's early access and it certainly has potential for a full release, but i've personally been burned on far to many of these early access titles to remain with it as I have refunded it. Maybe in the distant future when it's a dedicated full release i'll give it another chance.

5 minutes setting up an account. 20 minutes searching for non existant lobbies. No server browser, No private games.

Took around 60 minutes of "IN GAME PLAY" To actually get a match. only had 1 live human and 2 bots.

Horrible experiance. Idk what the difference is in development mindset they went from 2-3 but it shows, And whoever has been hired since needs to be fired and the OG needs to be brought back because this is a pathetic excuse to the franchise "Payday"

Feels Like a unity game.

Can't actually play the bad guy. Sure you can smuggle and help the Crimson fleet. But the companions for such are entierly empty and unable to properly fill out thier rolls.

Meanwhile the mainstory effectively hardlines you into being a good boy or else they all deplore you with little to no maneuverability to counteract it. So you basically are forced to be a good little boy in order to progress the story without your followers loathing you.

Oh also, you basically only get an actual companion from the crimson fleet after everything is said and done. Nothing before (unless you count nameless random generated weapon officer npc #2143512543)
