Banished is pretty hard for me, I keep running out of resources and food for the people. What I do is put anything related to lumber and firewood production in forested areas. I usually add storage, herbalist, and hunters near that area too. Build lots of farms, orchards, and pastures to full proof yourself for later. Don't put too many fishing cabins along the same river because the ones upriver take away from those down river. Place town services near each other if you want to give it an actual town feel. Don't be afraid to build buildings even if you dont need them at the moment, keep them to full proof yourself for later. Don't keep all the houses in the same place, spread them out so that you can have people get to their jobs quicker from home.

How is Banished working for you. It is kinda difficut for me to start any ideas?
