I usually don't write reviews at all but here I go.
I bought this game when it came out because I was a hardcore Battlefield player throughout the years but this game has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ worse to date, The class system for this game is ridiculously horrid why have specialist this is supposed to a be Battlefield game where you can customize your character and look different from each other not have 15 Sundances flying around or other characters looking the same, heck the AI look more better than the specialist with no fancy gadgets or anything like that.
The updating of the maps to look better are a joke literally all the extra objects added take more fps with the constant frame drops I even have the game set to low I can play every other game on ultra but this game.
The main issue I'm having the most is the fun I try to have fun with this game but that's not possible on Battlefield 2042 the constant base camping or spawning on your team mates and instantly dyeing with no camera to see if its clear to spawn or not, the weapons are over and under powered for certain classes with the new update on (1/31/20023) which make no sense for the assault class to use a sniper rifle, I think that Battlefield 2042 should take a lot of steps from the other Battlefield franchises and see how the community effected those games like BF3, BC2 and BF4.

**Update old**
Since the update the game play has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ better and is actually fun and starting to act like a BF game but needs more maps the same ones are starting to get old. The classes are still a little unbalanced but its doable, still wish the weapon classes are like BF3 style and not every class can use every gun in the game.

Game is now trash and not fun anymore I wish EA would make a better game, every gun is unbalanced especially the VHX blah blah blah gun and every other one shoots Nerf darts. I'm surprised the VHX cant just nuke the whole server and just call it a day because everyone especially there grandma can use this thing with no brain power. OK got off topic here, 2042 is just trash now and needs to be redone like the old Battlefields used to be fun and make memories but can't do that when this game, this game is constantly dying and unfun.

A fun game to play with friends and the Steam community mods/addons are the best.
