dont really know why so many people are having a bad experience with this game, the fps was capped at 30 but a little digging on the internet and i was able to cap it a my refresh rate which is 144hz but i get around 60-80 fps with no lag at all, im using a gtx 970 btw, great game, great story and great graphics

*EDIT*
If you guys are still having trouble with the fps cap maybe this will help first go to where the game is installed ex: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BMGame\Config) then hit CTRL F and type: maxfps and then change that number to the desired fps i just changed it to my monitor refresh rate which was 144 hope this helps.
