years ago a research ship called the Carpathian II crashed right into an iceberg in the arctic circle. Alekthehero was a stowaway. The captain was hysterical, sobbing as the ship took on ever more freezing water. He gave the captain a good one across the face, then grabbed some rope. He lashed the ropes around the ship and tethered it to his body.
