Dragon's Dogma 2 is a step up from the first game and it's dlc. Sure the frames are an issue but on my pc it runs for the most part pretty smoothly. I have seen worse from others pov but once you get past frames issue, it's a masterpiece and I only see Dogma getting better from here on out.
