Nice casual game, with lots to explore. Had me wanting to see it through to the end and beyond.

Automobilista 2 is my go to sim right now.
So yes i highly recommend it to all hardcore sim racing enthusiasts.
There seems to be a lot of concern about this being on the Madness Engine, but really the only thing in my opinion being brought over from PC2 is the menu screens.
Everything else is pure Reiza Studios dedication as sim racers, to bring you the best possible experience they can.
They have a very active forum for error reporting and suggestions, which I'm very happy to say is actually listened too.

FFB/PYSICS : Some of the best I've experienced in a sim... No Really!

AUDIO : It's not groundbreaking but neither is it bad, lets just say for the most part its a little above good.

GRAPHICS : Let's just say, i have taken some screenshots that have made me double take as they've looked so real.

CARS & TRACKS : An ever growing list with each update, you'll find the classics here but also some of the lesser known tracks. Don't get me wrong though, just because you may not be familiar with some doesn't mean there not good.

A.I : for the most part at higher difficultly settings the A.I can really put up a fight, still some minor bugs or improvements but these are being addressed with each update.

MULTIPLAYER : At the moment its ok and its helped by SRS integration. the ranking system is promised but i feel unless the player base grows then it could turn into a casual racer. yet it deserves far more.

This sim needs more attention from the community.
If only they knew what they were missing.

Reiza Studios have done a fantastic job in bringing us 7 variants of Hockenheim racing circuit.
it would have been nice to of seen the layouts from 1932 and 1938, but who knows maybe they'll get added later.
Either way this DLC is well worth the money.

A charming little physics based car game with 120 levels, 5 different cars with crisp and cleat graphics

So is this game for you ?
Well if you're like me and love games with cars, great physics (for an arcade style game)
and easy to get into then look no further as there are several hours of fun to be had here for the price.

Well I’m having fun at the moment but I fear the longevity of the title especially online play will be limited due to the lack of different tracks as we only have 13 for now, all tracks have variations bringing the total to over 80, but essentially that still just 13.
Check out my full review for my full opinion.

Early Access Review
I can not recommend buying this title at present., and I believe it’s all down to the choice to use the Unreal engine 4.

Graphics are blurry unless you run on a 2k or 4K screen, as this is meant to be a simulation then you really need to see clearly in to the distance, which can only be achieved with 2 or 4K screens.

No true triple screen support, and the subject being constantly glossed over or ignored, yet Sim Racers keep asking.

VR is at best awfully optimised at present even on my 8700k @5ghz and a GTX1080Ti FE it’s only just passable on hot laps with no other cars on the grid..
Couple that with blurry low res visuals from the VR screens, makes VR look like it’s going backwards rather than forward.

Yes the title is still early access but with only 2 months until release I feel that all people will see are empty or broken promises

Well after playing this for 2 weeks I must say I have high hopes for this sim.
Whilst I can’t recomend you buy it just yet (due to amount of content) But if you love karts and want to help the developers realise there dream then pay the small price as it’s bound to go up when final release is upon us.
At the moment we have 1 kart 3 laser scanned tracks and only practise or leaderboard mode at present.
With great things promised such as VR, TrackIR, True triple screen support, AI, Multiplayer, 10 laser scanned tracks and the ability to build your own kart are just some of the features inbound.
Graphics are good, but then it is using the UE4 and what with triple screen support promised maybe Kunos could learn a thing or 2 from Black Delta.
All in all a solid early access release, destined for great things.
I wish the Devs every success

A game that doesn’t take itself too seriously but is fun and somewhat relaxing to play in VR.
Graphics are cool adopting a cartoon style throughout, physics are a mixed bag, casting feels great, playing the fish is good, but when the fish is tiered it just pops out of the water which kind of spoilt it for me a little but not enough to not play. Also when you hook a fish you can’t feed it more line, so whatever way you turn your spool it winds the line onto the reel.
I hope the developers offer some more locations down the line too, with maybe a river and a greater variety of fish to catch.
If your after a fishing simulator then maybe this isn’t for you, but if you like fishing and just fancy a game that represents its basics, is fun and relaxing then this is for you.
Recommended VR fun

Still very early in its development but this has great potential to be a great little game.
Physics are not the best but fun none the less, it needs more content and some TLC to realise this to its full.
It’s hard to recommend this title in its current state, especially with the asking price but I have high hopes for the development, so I will say if you have more money than sense then buy it now, but if you’re on a budget I would wait a little while until More is added.

I’ve included this quick video preview and a wish list of features I would like to see added, feel free to add you’re thoughts and suggestions

I keep trying to play other racing sims, but its the one i keep coming back to all the time.
still lots of improvements to be made, but the team are working through these with regular updates.
the modding community is alive with so much to choose from, and some real gems to be had.
this is one sim i beleive will last well beyond a triple A tittle.......well done Kunos 352 hours and counting :)
