Hi all, I had a 2070 super ( game ran GREAT ) and then i got the big boy 4090. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but it starts of at 19 frames and then gos of it nuts with the frame rate......and then gos back to 19 frames. When it runs at 19 frames....its very blocky and then it gos into over drive with the graphics and then back to 19 frames and looks blocky again. Its like the video card is switching on and off while playing the sim...!!!! Can any one help Please. P.S...have tried different...

I have a very good PC to run this game and its been running perfectly fine with high motion blur and high graphics but as of recently, the game randomly drops frames at random parts of every track. The quality drops low, the audio quality drops and everything is very poor for around 15-20 seconds at random parts of every track. I have tried lowering every graphic to low, removing crowds, changing the setting to 'ultra performance' yet it still seems to do it no matter what i do. I have also uninstalled an...
