The first Amnesia is one of my favorite horror games and one of my favorite stories in a game. Machine for pigs while having a good story, doesn't hold a candle to the first game. But I can safely say this game is on par with the first game and gameplay wise it is even better. The atmosphere is by far at its best and the games ability to make you feel unease and scared to even move is something I've not experienced in a horror game in a long time. Even with having weapons it still feels like 1 mistake can cost you. Also with it being non linear with its progress is something it does really well as well with the limited inventory it gives you an chance to plan ahead to your next room or go back when you have the ability to unlock more places you couldn't before. I still think that Dark Descent still edges out in terms of story tho. The story was cool and interesting but i feel it didn't go deep into the story this time around. Which is a shame cuz i was really interested in what I was reading with the notes, especially the voice ones which feature great voice acting. Def give this game a playthough if you like this series.

Honestly for the problems that this game does have its an all around really solid zombie game with mechanics that are very unique to this game genre. I hope the sequel not only keeps these mechanics but expands on them further as well as getting rid this games problems. All around great game tho I like it

great scary game until the maze part

This game is very good. Great netcode, great characters, great gameplay, and even a good story. I highly recommend this game if you want to get into guilty gear, very welcoming to newcomers. Great job arc sys

Great game with amazing visuals. But it has a bad netcode so nobody is really playing it right now. Its good training if you are waiting for guilty gear strive (at the time of this review) but if you want a good guilty gear game with good netcode, get guilty gear XX.

So after about 4 or so years i came back to this game again on pc, and honestly this game still really holds up to this day. However the pc port is not good, it stutters from time to time and at 60fps the final mission cannot be competed, so its a mess. But, this game is still really good. The world is fun to explore, the story is good, and Niko is an extreamly good character, probably the best gta protag in my opinion. The driving could have been better yes but its honestly not as bad as people claim. The bikes however, are trash. The missions do kind of blend in together at some point but honestly the shooting is fun so i don't really mind. The aim on pc really solves the problem of just snapping in and out of cover everytime that people have with rockstar games. This game is a classic, but the pc port is bad so don't feel bad if you run into desync or framerate issues. But other than that, the game is amazing and i highly recommend it
