We plan on adding more layouts for these contracts so you will also have new levels to play each contract. We've done this specifically to allow for people like you to have something to play between each story hunt. Unless we triple the size of the studio, we can't really make these hunts much faster.
The bottom line is: game development isn't a quick process. The level of detail and our dedication to perfection that goes into each of our hunts means that they take a long time to make and longer to maintain (sometimes we create bugs, so we have to fix them, and that takes time). We could pump out 5 hunts in the next two months, but they'd be terrible quality would have no story or unique elements and would likely use the same assets we've used in previous hunts. I don't want to make that, and I'm sure you don't want to play that.
I saw your original comment. I don't know if you've been following the development process, but five hunts is just not feasible for us to make. Neither SmirkStick nor I can work on this game full-time, and each hunt takes months of work. There is a lot that goes into each hunt and for an extremely small team we've taken on what most would consider too much.
Have you played the contracts? This is why we've focused so much on contracts over story hunts, we want players to be able to have a new experience each time they play a level and we know that story hunts take too long to make so we've introduced lots of randomised elements to the hunts including totally random item locations and cryptid locations/behaviour. What the Wendigo does in one hunt will very likely be totally different to another. Where you find each Strigoi will not be the same for another player.
Lol at bigfoot.
