First of all this game is RTS rather than citybuilder. Graphics and soundtreck were good. Path finding and unit control had some issues when compared to the RTS gold standard of AoE2:DE or SC2. Why I wouldn't recommend this game is the AI. In my admittedly short experience AI doesn't build a base, gather resources and train troops, instead there are single buildings that spawn infinite units every so often and those units then walk towards your base. AI that bad is a dealbreaker for me and I asked for a refund. I wish devs can salvage this, norse citybuilder or RTS would be really cool and they are not that far off.

AC7:SU is good. At least when played with controller, which you should have looking at other reviews. Controls are good, gameplay is really good and you really feel like a true ace pilot dominating the skies. If you enjoyed AC: assault horizon you will enjoy this.

I played on hard difficulty and the game is not really hard, but it's not too easy either. I didn't have any real struggles, but I did get shot down couple times.

Story is better than expected, although I expected it to be really bad. It actually was passable and even had one twist that surprised me and made me smile... and you probably don't expect highly engaging deep story from this game anyway.

Biggest problem I had was that couple times the game froze in cut-scenes forcing me to alt+tab out and restart it. Thankfully these never caused loss of progression in story.

Small problem (and this is personal preference) is the airplane tree. You need to choose which path you take buying planes and special weapons for planes cost extra. So if you want that nice F-22 raptor as fast as possible, you are stuck with the same SP weapons which might not fit missions at all and get boring. Also would you also like to try out a sweet SU-37 terminator or PAK FA, too bad! Those are on the other branch. Idea is nice, I like progression, but maybe a tier system would have been better.

AC: assault horizon had better soundtrack.

Really solid game. Gameplay is really oldschool platformer and has that good feel to it, but combat system is more of this century with stamina bar, roll and shield. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of gameplay elements, the kind of small stuff that make the game feel less repetitive. If you enjoy ancient Greek mythology or culture, you are in for a treat, but I can highly recommend this to anyone.

So damn good, totally worth the money! It takes a while to get into, but don't give up. You will die, over and over again, but don't give up, in the end you will be rewarded for your effort.

Payday 2 is about getting all the money... from your vallet.

OVERKILL studio made a big deal about having free content published (which they had to some extent), but it turned out that they made 25 5-7€ DLC and they also told to "shame on you for even thinking that Payday 2 will have microtransactions" which they included in the game.
