Figured it would be another decent earthboundey ripoff, was caught off gaurd by how much I got invested in the story and characters. Definitely worth playing.

For the price of a cheap hamburger you can get a lot of fun and mileage out of this game, and if you hate it, hey it's only five dollars

I'll make this review just to counteract the negative ones. I didn't own or care about this game on release and i still didn't care when people said it was awful. But as of now, it feels like a complete and fun experience. maybe not worth sixty dollars still but definitely worth 30.

An excellent metroidvania platformer. Great music and visuals, and it feels great to control ori. It's decently challenging too, my only complaint is it's a bit short even if you take the time to 100% all the areas (and you get nothing for doing this except acheivments)

I review hardly any games, but this one stands out. This has quickly become one of my favorite games period. The music is amazing, the environments are amazing, the exploration, the pacing, EVERYTHING IS AMAZING. The story is good, not really anything mind blowing, just enough to build the world well. And this game is only 15 dollars. If you like metroidvania you absolutely cannot miss out on this game. It's an actual masterpiece.

Play it for just a little bit and you will probably know right away if you'll like it or not. Painfully addicting and fun game.
