Fantastic game, this is what a remake should be, the only problem there is is some day one problems that can be fixed by a patch, this game is better than Callisto ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, well done Motive for making a solid remake to a classic game.

This game has been over hyped for so long just to be a walking simulator with some okay puzzles and easy as ♥♥♥♥ enemies to kill or strafe around,

the game is 2 HOURS LONG if you know the in's and out's and the game's difficulty is piss easy which is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ appalling from the amount of attraction this game had for so long.

The Art style is phonomenal I absolutely loved it but the game is a waste of the programmers time for this dumb walking sim.

If you have game pass just play it on there don't bother buying this just to be bored out of your mind.

Alright it's free now, can i have my £18 back?

This latest instalment into the Resident Evil saga now brought back the FPS elements from the previous game RE7 with the main character making a return to add some more plot to Ethan's story making him an interesting protagonist.
The entire story was amazing in my opinion as a guy who has grown up with this franchise since I first laid my eyes on the original Resident Evil 3 for the PS1 and the game play was really fun fighting the four lords aka the antagonists of the story but I will say the thing that annoyed me the most is that Capcom over hyped Lady Dimitrescu what did upset me because the game did look like she could've been one of the main focuses of the story but instead they just use her for the first section of the story and just move along to the next part of the game.

The gun's themselves were fun to use also adding modification and upgrading the traits of your weapons gave me nostalgia to RE4 what really gave me joy and also The Duke giving a cheeky "what are ya buying" line that made me really happy.

The difficulty levels to the game were awesome with village of shadows being very difficult but surprisingly fun when adding more of a risk to the enemies and bosses of the game what was a big challenge to trying to complete the game but if you want to do this difficulty i will say go for hardcore firstly before tackling this challenge.

Overall this game is incredibly fun with so much story to unfold for the characters you meet and battle but if you're going into the game just for Lady Dimitrescu then you will be a little bit disappointed but i will say that this latest instalment into the franchise made me really happy and kind of exited for what they're going to do for the next instalment into the saga so Capcom please don't disappoint me with the next Resident Evil.

It's an alright game if your in a lobby full of good players but there will be times when you are in a lobby full of cheaters, hackers, people who don't play fair or players who help the killer win and that just ruins the fun out of the game although I've been playing this game since it first came out and content has now stopped being produced for this game i'm sad to not being able to play as Uber Jason or having anything related to the Friday the 13th franchise come out for this good game.

Overall i give this game a 7/10 it's an ok game but you might have a few rounds where you just want to stop playing from the constant bad players online
