Since POSTAL didn't have enough things to do apart from killing, POSTAL 2 has a load of new features.

Let me list a few
-Pull out your "massive" ♥♥♥♥ and get women to laugh at it.
-Kill ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who refuse to sign your stupid petition.
-Kill your boss because he fired you.
-Piss on yourself since it is the only way you can extinguish yourself when you're burning.
-Play fetch with your dog...with a severed head.
-Piss on your dads grave, cause ♥♥♥♥ him, right?
-And more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ♥♥♥♥ that should entertain the weird people of the interwebs for a few hours.
