Hideo Kojima, more like Hideo GOATjima.

One of, if not the best stealth-action game of all time.

Soaked in retro-futurism and 80s culture, this is a tightly-packed joyride of a game that keeps you entertained the whole time. Stunning style and hilarious, over-the-top characters. Best Far Cry game IMO.

Many horror aspects from Resident Evil 7 are absent or dulled. Aside from a short, although well-done segment, Resident Evil 8 is more of a first-person looter shooter with slight elements of horror rather than a full-fledged horror title. The story is mediocre and many character interactions lack any charm.

Lady D is still hot though.

Arguably one of the best "revamps" of a game franchise ever. Doom 2016 emulates what made the originals great, while also modernizing the format and making it look damn good too.

Even decades later, Valve's magnum opus not only holds up, but stands head and shoulders above many modern shooters today. One of the best single-player shooters ever made.

One of, if not, the best co-op shooter ever made. Limitless replay value with the AI director, difficulty scaling, several gamemodes and maps, and the massive modding community providing an endless amount of additional content

Literally brought this on PC to reexperience it in its true glory. Easily one of my favorite games of all time. Everything great from Soulsborne packed into a tight, high intensity package.

An interesting twist on the typical Persona formula. The switch from turn-based combat to hack-and-slash makes fights more interesting, but still leaves something to be desired. The story is unabashedly a rehash of the original Persona 5, making the conflict very uninteresting. However, the two new party members are very well done and enjoyable. Of course, style and polish are the forte of the game. Everything from finisher animations to menu UI is a pleasure to experience. Persona 5 fans will certainly enjoy this spinoff, but fans looking for more substance may be disappointed.

Everything that made Doom 2016 great with more. More options are added to the combat system and the animation is even more satisfying. Personally not a fan of the additional lore in the campaign, but it doesn't get in the way of the gameplay. Plenty of difficulties and challenges for the die-hard fans wanting more. Outshines the countless mindless shooters out today.
