This game is good for the following reasons:

I replayed it once or twice to get the full experience and I'll probably do the same again some time. It's a nice, gothic world where everyone hates you and you hate them just as much. You run errands, drink blood and do unspeakable evil for fun for about 24 hours and then you beat the game. There are lots of little details that really make it complete. To put it all into one sentence:
Install the plus patch before playing and make sure steam counts your hours for that so you enjoy the incredible game instead of the miserable failure it is without the patch. That isn't the developers' fault that you have to install fixes by the fans though, Activision rushed the release during a time where games didnt get updates.
