Download the game - Register account - Wrong password without reason - Reset password - Login - Download Update - Playing game - Installing BattlEye Service... - Failed to install BattlEye Service - Force Close - Repeat again n again - Uninstall - Thank for Wasting my time

whenever i try to complete Casandra Reed (S3) quest, there are 3 proof. after 3 conversation with her the game just dont go forward.
no completion no finish they both just stand there.
Please tell me how to fix this, or i missing somethings.

very good and addictive game ... until i realize there was no save on the steam server .... once i reboot my window all my game saved was gone .......... have to start everythings all over again .... all my 5th and 6th star weapon ....and level 150 character ........ GG-Wellplayed ......

What happen ? ... all my Half-Life 2 .. episode 1 .. episode 2 ... lost coast .. are not running ... ?
