Game has a really slow start but around level 10 is when the game's story thrusts you into the full world and you can really do whatever you want alongside the main story, Everything about FF14 is fantastic, if you want to be a crafter the crafting system is honestly one of the best in any RPG I've ever played. The combat itself is very smooth and has a lot of depth to it, all the classes and roles in any MMO are more approachable and easy to pickup especially since the game gives you a tutorial for each role (tank dps healer) which will get you ready to enter dungeons and from there you can pretty much learn everything else yourself but levelling up will over time teach you your rotation as you unlock new moves, 10/10 would spend thousands more hours in it
