A very cute and cosy game.
In early access so things may change. The Devs have a roadmap that is viewable by anyone and it is clear that they have good intentions with the game going forward.
The core mechanics of running the inn are very solid and refined.
At the time of writing I've played for ~60 hours and have basically done everything I can find. I had everything unlocked by about Reputation 10/11 I think and perhaps the balancing for unlocks could be a bit steeper as suddenly I had everything available without feeling as though I had earned it.

Overall, very solid nice game. Would recommend, and eager to see where it goes

A very fun short game with additional challenges to complete.
The online achievements ruin a 100% route as I couldn't get a game but the offline and time trial modes were good fun.
Will definitely get the second game.

I haven't played many FF games, at least in comparison to some but this is the first one where I just didn't care.
Yes I've played nearly 60 hours of this game. Yes I gave it every opportunity to be liked. I liked the bro-ness between the charactes but that only takes it so far.
The world in itself wasn't captivating. I didn't understand the idea of transplanting magic into what I can only imagine as rural Texas.
I had to read up on the story after I reportedly finished the game to figure out what the hell the story actually was and when written down it sounds good, it just failed in its excecution completely.

Oh and the side quests were just flat out boring. I forgot that sidequesting could get this bad.

Really disappointing. 4/10 Max.

Recommend it? Yes but ONLY if you can get it discounted. I wouldn't pay full price for it.

Plenty to do in the game but I just found it a bit dis-interesting, enjoyable but once I had finished the story I had no desire to go back and do anything else.
Worth it for the action filled story line but I wouldn't go for much else.
Nothing special.

This game isn't a game, it's an experience.
I had no idea what was happening to the point where I could explain it, yet when the game finished I had a massive release of emotion and connection that I've not experienced with any other type of game.
An absolute not masterpiece but opus of indirect storytelling.

The music was fab.
The commentaries are really interesting.

Get it.

Do I recommend this: yes, especially if you're into JRPGs
Do I think it's a good game: yes - though it does have it's moments of frustration (as do most games) I wouldn't say it was flawless.
What's great about it: the visuals, the soundtrack
What's ok about it: the story is alright, a bit tropey but what can you do?
What's bad about it: the fact that for the whole majority of the game oliver is the ONLY american, and it is very jarring. It also throws some massive spoilers when you realise why...

I hate leaving games incomplete, I like to get every achievement but dont do it, this is a massive time sink and does not give the satisfaction. Game done after 89 hours and 4 achievements left.

This game is really really good.
I loved a large amount of this game the only negative for it from my persepective is there is SO DAMN MUCH of it. I can't usually put this as a negative but there was so much that at points I was like, can the game just END already?

Travelling around Ancient Greece was amazing, the historical tours again are fantastic and I loved an awful lot. The game looks incredbile and the soundtrack is amazing. Well worth playing you'll get a lot out of it

So this was a free game. I dont expect much for a free game but I can't say that I was enjoying my time playing the game.
The "jumpscares" were far too common with little build up to make the release worth it. The story felt secondary to the idea of having a point and click horror game - the game didn't make me care about the story enough.
The music was ok, the piano part was nice but once it had played over and over it became tedious as it was quite short.
Nice to have 2 endings but the true ending was really obvious so again, no surprises.
Hard to recommend.
