Typical Scam methods:
1. Join my team: [DONT] log in with ur steam account on a fake website
2. Trading sides: they will tell u there items are on different Trading websites, this websites are just good fakes and mostly the inventory of them are private. [DONT] log in with u steam account
3. Fake Profiles: from Youtubers and Pro players like Anomaly and simple. Check the real accounts by googling it!
4.API Scam: Change ur API if u log into a side and get a bad feeling about it on “Revoke My Steam Web API Key"
5.Item verification: One of the most common scams, They will ask you if any of your items have not been duplicated or matched, or if your item is even marketable. Thats a lie ur items are allways legit and unique
6.Middleman: U want to sell but he says he cant trust u and want to send the items after your payment than mostly he will say "hey ive got a middleman he holds the item when i got the money" thats just a lie to 95%. Dont trust any random person
7.Ur best friend: Maybe not u but ur friend got hacked and asking for skins ? than call his phone number ask him again in real life
8.Steam wallet codes or paysafecards codes: They will send u a trade with a comment like this "500€ paysafe ABCD-D657-48FK-HDD3 code generated automatically when you accept the trade.
Thats just random written numbers and letters and u will never get money from these codes
