Deftones seem to attract fans that have over emotional turmoil or psychological damage of some kind. They practically invented the whole EMO/SCREAMO scene and gave birth to a whole generation of cry babies throwing temper tantrums.. Chino Moreno does that breathy whisper thing and it's seriously laughable because it appears that he sees himself as a sex symbol or something? IDK if girls actually fall for it but maybe lots of guys like him idk.. Yes the whole situation with this band is atrocious. They are as generic as they come and their fans severely lack good taste.
