I have not been this excited for a game in a long time. I was expecting the typical early access growing pains like low fps, buggy AI, and systems in the game that might not be put together completely yet. I was prepared to deal with those and I think they are honestly fine overall right now, nothing too crazy to complain about. However, I cannot support a game that threatens players with deleting their progress if they do not consistently play the game. This game contains a mechanic where your "settlement" of sorts essentially runs on water as a resource. If you do not log in and collect water, your settlement and inventory will be wiped. This is a simple fix. Stop the water timer when players close the game. I have refunded the game and will not be interested until the developers change this mechanic. It is very rare that people have enough time in their week to abide by a system like this. Shameful, because the game has insane potential.

At times it can be incredibly fun and satisfying to play, all of the places you can travel and explore. Building up your fleet and buying really cool spacecraft as well as making huge bases. The opening hour or so of this game is amazing, one of the best openers to a game I've played, but most of the time this game is STILL a buggy mess. Countless players when logging on again will suddenly be transported to an infamous planet called "bensavirgin" and lose EVERY fast travel location accessible through the space station. Players will also randomly fall out of their spacecraft. These are just a handful of the countless game breaking bugs I've encountered. The only time I could recommend this game is if they start putting more of their time and energy into FIXING the game instead of adding more buggy content, as well as a heavy discount.
