Still horrifically bugged, I have a bug currently where guns don't do damage. Character models show death animations but once the model dies their is a empty space with a full health bar thats shooting at you. The only thing that is doing actual damage is melee. Now this wouldn't be a big problem because bugs happen, but on the forms this issue has existed since 2020 and it looks like their is not intention of fixing.

FYI base game no mods or anything.

A stumbling start but pretty much everything i wanted has been done for immortal empires.

Still a few bugs but i trust CA to iron those out.

This is the best warhammer experience I have had and would recommend it to all who enjoy both TW and warhammer :)

Just a really Good Game.

I love everything about this game it really impressed me with its story. It looks great. Gameplay is pretty good (although i would prefer the guns to sound more impactful).
I am just happy to see a game done this well in this day and age. Well done Square Enix, you did it. :)
(This almost forgives the disaster that was the avengers game.)

A minimalist approach to a game but one with so much character and a very interesting story.

Pick it up if you get the chance. It's a walking simulator and yet it was worth every penny. :)

At the time of writing this I have just finished this game.

I am simply in awe of this game. Its so refreshing to me to see a game like this in todays age. This was the first time in a very long time where i have picked a game up by chance and was so enchanted that i needed to play without breaks until completion.

The fact that this game is made mainly by just three develops and has a level of polish rarely seen than games created by massive development companies is an amazing task in its own right. Its story is great with everything coming full circle.

My only con would be its not streamer friendly. The story is too important to just sit and watch and a dare not spoil it for anyone.

I could not recommend more for anyone. Its not what I expected and I am happily surprised. :)

Remember when the community begged you to delay the game after the bata? Maybe you should have listened to them eh? This is beyond unacceptable.
Even without the bugs, the horrible performance and the awful HUD the game has some design concepts that in my opinion is just terrible. For example the maps, in the base game there are seven massive maps. Now a massive map might sound good for something like GTA but for a shooter most of your time is spent sprinting to flag to flag on very open ground. There are massive parts of the maps that seem forgotten about with little cover or elevation.
Too many vehicles: There are far too many vehicles going in this game to the point that the you can spend nearly 5 minutes before you see another player running and gunning. Helicopters are really dominate in this game and because there will be maybe 4 or more up in the sky you can't really ignore/avoid them like in other BF games.
Then you have the hovercraft and jeeps, there are so many of these just yolo driving to either run people over or shoot them with the pretty strong mini gun. Unless you are in a vehicle the only defence you have is a rocket launcher, but the vehicles have a number of defence options and passive heals that make it unbearable against a good player.
Gun Spread: They have really messed with the AR's in this game. In the bata they were strong. Now? Don't even bother, the spread is so harsh that shooting anything from mid to long range, you can pulse fire but that doesn't really solve the issue, hit detection is all over the place. The weird thing is SMG's don't have this problem. The SMG's are far more consistent at range and don't even get me started on the PP-29.
Lack of Features: What ever happened to assist count as kill? like i hate nearly killing someone for only one rouge bullet from a teammate taking the kill. I am sure this was a feature in the bata wasn't it? No campaign? Lack of guns in the core game? Scoreboard - This is gonna be fun when hackers come.

Sorry dudes i am just ranting at this point.

TL:DR - DO NOT BUY

This game is a below average beat them up CASH GRAB.

Sometimes i feel its just a big ad for micro transactions. Unless you are a massive marvel fan who doesn't mind the grind steer clear

Combines Total war with the warhammer world, what more could you ask for? The game is great. Each faction is interesting, the battles are fun and the graphics are pretty good.
I know there is a lot of DLC, but trust me, its pretty worth it, with each bringing new mechanics, heroes and units. Except the blood pack... Come on CA, stop with that crap.
the only thing i am not a big fan on is the music. The trailer music is great, in game its pretty boring.

I was surprised by this game. I don't say that lightly, its a very short game, i completed the game in just over 2 hours. However the game is well paced and tells a interesting story regarding a very difficult subject matter. I am posting this review many months since i actually played the game, but the game has left such an impression that i can still remember the game like i played it just yesterday, hard to do these days.

If you want a solid game full of tension across the full 2 hours i recommend, if you want a game that lasts 30+ hours without substance then i donno, pick up far cry 5 or something...

This game is unbalanced, unfun and a cluttered mess. Oh and that's even before meeting the hackers. Lets hope that dice will learn their lessons but with EA as publisher i doubt it.
