Overall i really recommend that game. I'd give it a few days maybe some weeks time and all will be fine.

Multiplayer review:

It's just like the MW 2019. Just a bit better......in some places..... in others it's worse.
There is no way (yet) to save your custom Blueprints. It's sad that feature is missing. In that case it's even worse because you can fine tune your attachments. And if you switch out your gun in your Loadout everything is gone.
Performance seem to be worse than in the Campaign which is expected. But there are stutters, visual bugs and something feels strange. Weapon models look insane and the sounds are just brilliant. Weapon handling is quiet good have to a just hard after CoD Cold War.

Hardcore Game modes are missing which is really disappointing. But they'll get added later down the line.

You can't switch off Crossplay.... sadly.... Playstation players can turn it off as far as i know.

The Menu is just garbage, why did they change it. the old one was just perfect. I really dont get warm with that Menu is everything else than user friendly.

Campaign review:

Campaign is just next level.

Graphics are pure Eyecandy. over 9000/10
Sounds feel really on point. Error/10
Gunplay and Movement are awesome. On point/10
So many Throwbacks to MW2 it's just pure joy.
Performance is over the top. Some Crashes but nothing game breaking.
