tl;dr - Were it not for this port I would never have earned the ending of this childhood game for myself. Includes many fixes out of a basic emulators reach and works like a dream with some quality of life additions too, such as a VERY generous auto-save. Well worth full price for a 25-30 hour play-through, even better on sale.
