Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision. Barron habitually plans and sequences own work and that of others. Ensures that objectives are clearly established, and that work is systematically carried out in order to achieve the objectives. Communicates plans clearly to others. Applies professional experience and/or knowledge of people well to forecast outcomes with at least 75% accuracy. Keen to put their own ideas across, but Barron does not give others the chance to express their view. May be tempted to overlook the input of others.
