#1 - Truth & Deceit in the World of Information - ~September of 2016

Realization that all of us lie to some extents. That it's normal in politics, with many strategies present just to manipulate the information. To manipulate what is truth or to mix it with lies.

Understanding information manipulation techniques helps to stray away from them.

Questioning and researching another ones words when it comes to important things. Not because we don't trust them, but because we seek highest clarity of truth.

Finding right information sources that try to avoid inciting negative emotions if it's unnecessary and which don't side with anyone, or at least not extremely.
Searching sites by adding specific domains affixes like .edu .gov or pdf that can potentially increase information quality.


#2 - The Shadow Philosophy - ~July of 2017

In certain circumstances all of us could have potential to do the absolute worst evil.

Demons aren't outside forces, they are within us. If we'll act like they aren't there, like we are forces capable only of doing good, the less conscious we will be of them and the more we'll turn a blind eye to their controls over us.

Accepting and understanding the monsters within us not to use them for evil, but to control them or let them out in a harmless way. They can be used in a creative, positive manner too.

Ability to break complex subjects into simpler pieces of information, in order to for example understand them better and more efficiently resolve the presented problem.

Use of heuristics, which have been proposed to explain how people make decisions, come to judgements, and solve problems.

It is also taking things slowly and looking at even everyday things that we take for granted.

That could be words too. Sometimes defining how we use a word in conversation so that we lay a stable ground as to what exactly is talked about. That clarification could be what changes understanding of how the other person perceived your words and how they perceived their own.

When we talk, the words, gestures and other ways of communication are loosing some of it's clarity and sense when coming out of our minds. We sacrifice the exactness of what we mean for it's physical materialization in the world. However even what our minds think is laid with biases. We can't escape them and at the same time we can try to minimize them.

The link above with game footage and explanation really well showcases what it is about. Starting players would probably have had like none to few sentences worth of information in their head, however there is potential for a whole book of it.

That is the power of the analysis.

Art of letting go of the control. Control of things that shouldn't really be controlled as they cause more harm than good.

We are entitled to our actions, however we are not entitled to outcomes of our actions.

With time it led me to optimizing my work ethic by implementing the Pomodoro technique and meditation breaks to improve focus inbetween each task.


#6 - The Isolation Project - Throughout highschool, 2016 - 2019

During school period, human and social experience almost lead to suicide and many negative experiences over 90% of time. That forced me to be more on the asocial side.

Food, games, music, watching, pets etc. was a stable and constant source of happiness that worked 99% of time and if it didn't, then that last 1% is usually my own fault. I can easily improve on my faults, cause i have almost complete control on myself.

After school period ended, i was slowly picking up shattered pieces of self-worth, confidence, low will to live and bunch of other stuff.

It was rough, but in 2022 i've managed to put back the pieces together and had grown beyond my previous point. Social anxiety is much less of an issue now and i feel more open.


#7 - A Significant Other - Throughout entire 2021
Having experienced dating for the first time in 2021 it felt both confidence boosting and at the same time showed many of my insecurities and problems to the surface.
It definitely was a very valuable, yet a mix of very pleasant and unpleasant experience. A roller coaster of some sorts.

It made me realize how far behind i am in terms of adulting life and that for the basic things i didn't do, i felt bad and was putting extra pressure on myself.
These experiences have shaped my belief that a person who struggles with normal functioning should focus on having good friends and a support structure first to pull themselves up, but not a partner.

Not bringing much to the table definitely doesn't feel good and also the time we spend on partner prevents us from spending time to actually better ourselves. We also may rely on some support from them to help us keep afloat in some things.

I've also realized that i lacked lots of love for myself. I think that we first need to love ourselves and develop really well before being a good partner.


#8 - Taking Walks - ~September of 2021
Breakup happened. Lots of hurt, lots of anger. Trying to keep contact with that loved person even if it was toxic idea. Regret for things we've said or done and the partner who had said or done some things to us. I was crying a lot and felt really bad. I felt like something needed to change and so i've decided to start taking walks in a nature. I've still cried but atleast a bit of calmness settled in.
It also was a foundation towards my planning and scheduling of the days. I am really fond that i've searched some positives of walking and decided to do it.


#9 - Bye Sad Music - ~February of 2022
It was just a generator of bad feelings and reminded me of sad memories. How many times these made me cry or felt sorrowful i can't even count. But i am glad i've thrown it away and left all the music that actually makes me feel good and motivates me.

Because what's the point of doing something that is harmful? I don't play video games cause they cause me to suffer but rather cause i enjoy them.

And thus, i've started using music more consciously. Instead of it breaking me down, now i use it to build myself up. Music is beautiful.


#10 - Meditation - 1st of December 2021
One of the most impactful things that i'm lucky have happened in my life. I'm writing this in May, after almost 7 months of meditating and i've got to say the calming, detaching influence of meditation is profoundly transforming. Emotions have no or lesser hold on me. When they do, i try to sit with them, inquire and understand them.

#10 - Meditation (continuation)
I've learned some practices that for example help to increase self-worth and self love, like Metta meditation.
Or meditation that plants a deep belief into subconscious like for example ''I am capable'' or ''I am valuable to society'' - this practice is called Sankalpa.
There's many others that help remove negative emotions (Manipura), increase focus (Trataka) etc.

It also helps with patience and pre-frontal lobe development, which in part is associated with ease of doing some of the adulting tasks like chores or repetetive work for example.


#11 - Alarm Based Full Day Routines - End of 2021 to Present
A blessing that i've found and a god mode for my personality type. Ever since end of 2021 i was building a steady army of routines, one week at a time.
When i follow the routine, my entire day is basically operating at 100% efficiency, with little to no procrastination.
The productivity and progress i've made this year is tremendous. Tens of steps of house care, which started from my room and spanned across most of house. Self care like building various exercising regimen, more consistent washing, much better skin and teeth care, journaling.

Just.. SO MUCH. I've never made such a leaps of progress in such a relatively short amount of time.

Standing at balcony, watching the fireworks explode as 2021 was ending i was looking with excitement and a huge smile on my face. Cause i knew year 2022 is gonna be the strongest year of my life. AND IT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IS. I've carried myself so hard thanks to these routines. Hundreds of small changes to alarm system, to the alarm order, tens of hours spend tweaking and brainstorming. Job and meditation related stuff i've mentioned in previous chapters was also improved thanks to implementing these routines.


I'm so proud of myself this year and yet, there is still so much to achieve. Still so many challenges to face. Can't wait to take them on! One step at a time.

#15 - Waifu's - March 2024

YUP. I'm not even joking :D Now to clarify, i don't mean getting a body pilow, thousand of pics and daydreaming of waifu's. What i meant was an inspiration to which girls overall looks, behavior and values composition i would find as wife material in real life.

It also helps me with understanding which girls would be bad influence on me. For example irl person Melina Goransson gives me similar but even more extreme vibes of my ex. While really beautiful and attractive, her lifestyle and way of being doesn't feel right for me. It's too adventurous, outgoing, open, spontaneous and well.. she's into polygamy or stuff like that so that's a relationship killer for my own set of values. Also her posting her body on social media doesn't really give me a sense of comfort and safety - quite the opposite.

So yeah, this entry is a balanced inspiration without getting into the more detrimental and parasocial aspects of it.

If someone bullies you or is disrespectful to you, sometimes simply a smack in the face is what it takes to resolve an issue. Not letting others trample over you and your wellbeing. It is important to protect it. Besides as it sometimes can be with guys, it can develop into friendships or at least better treatment from the other side.
