@Enigma Sorry but I can't help you. I've had no trouble playing with friends myself nor have I heard of such a problem before. Maybe your NAT is restricted? That's the only guess I can make.

It's literally the same as pirating modern games from TPB. Downloading old ROMs is as same as downloading a PS3 or XBOX360 emulator and downloading ROMs for those. It's pirating.
