This game is a lot of fun, but the lootbox mechanic is abysmal and requires upwards $300 USD to guarantee a single character through pity thats wipes with every banner. in what world is $20 not enough for a single character is beyond me but these whoever directed the devs to put such a price on Crystals needs to be fired and the system overhauled.

I've only been playing unranked matches and I encountered my first hacker yesterday and today I encountered a hacker in every game I played. I'm honestly depressed because I've been really enjoying this game up to this point.
