Yes, it has performance issues. Just live with it, it will get better.

However, bugs aside, and a simulation system that is so more advanced than CS1 that i often am perplexed if things is a bug or just something i haven't figured out yet, it is a great game for being completely vanilla atm.

Absolutely recommended if you like city builders and have a decent PC.

Early Access Review
Even though it is in such an early stage of development is this a very full-fledged game that would be well worth twice its current price.
It is an absolute masterpice, it is beyond comparison.
Always something to do, always something so strive for, always something to make a little bit more effective.

A rock-solid 5/5 game.
