Great DLC but boy howdy can your monsters get in the way of everything.

The core game is rather sound. I really enjoy planning out aquariums and balancing the different species' needs, but the game lacks some significant QOL measures that will quickly become burdensome. There's no multi-move, for instance, and moving anything in a pump system breaks all of its connections. You'll also need to take a deep dive into modding before you can put together anything particularly aesthetically pleasing.

But I certainly have made some very pretty aquariums and keep coming back regardless of aforementioned problems.

Slimy yet satisfying.
