The game is not what many people were expecting, but I went into it quite open minded. I already loved the Cyberpunk universe and this game just did it for me. It has a great story, great visuals, massive amounts of lore and side-quests, and a dazzling city-scape. 8.5/10 would totally recommend.

After about 3 hours I can honestly say that I'll probably be playing another 3 after writing this review. I'm hooked. It's surprisingly difficult. Managing your budget while keeping your population under control proves quite challenging. No matter what your political stances are, chances are that you'll probably screw up about 20 times before you can manage to get a functional city running. 8/10
