I am unable to build roads in the desert to connect my oil rigs. How do I achieve that?

hello; I found that the game, after 10 mins aprox playing, crashes when in Mac os Big Sur. I have a MB pro 16 2019 ; Any help?

Every single playthrough I've done has been the same. Not enough workforce, lots get abandoned as a result, land value is always low no matter what I do, all commercial plots continually become abandoned. Its kinda upsetting I've never been able to make a successful city in this game....

Although all of my roads are interconnected and no cuts, surrounded by commercial land and residential, still shows that not connected to the main network. This problem really interrupt my production because of the impeded of production.
