Performance-wise, it runs better than the demo. If in the demo you had/have around 50 FPS at the lowest settings, with drops to even 30 in some places/situations, then chances are that you'll still be able to run the full game at 60 FPS with high settings. Because that's what happened to me.

Gameplay-wise, it's pretty difficult to learn (especially if you're used to the bindings of the Fromsoftware games) but with enough practice it will become fun and rewarding.

The inventory system isn't a mess unlike what I was expecting. Once you have access to the game's "hub", start salvaging the equips you don't need, and do that after every mission (at least, that's when I do it). You'll accumulate gems that you will use to customize effects on the stronger equips, and that you will be able to sell for when you'll come short of money.

There is one infamous boss not far from the beginning of the game (it's like the 5th boss or around that) that has hard to read attacks and also hits hard. Don't get discouraged by it and try to affect him with a status by using spells. Also remember that you can use "spirit resonation" with your chosen spirit beast (when the meter is full) to apply to the weapon a longer-lasting elemental buff, which will of course build up the altered status on every hit just like the normal spell buff.

So many people said it was gonna be easier than the dark souls games, but honestly it seems just as difficult to me.

I'd take a Sekiro 2 over any bloodborne, dark souls or elden ring sequel.

It's a very fun game. It may feel overwhelming at first since it's kinda difficult to learn to play well (and very hard to play at high levels) but it's worth the time.

Things to know from the start: learn soon to pass the ball. You should try to only use overcharged shots except in particular situations (like, surprise shots from behind from point blank distance, so they don't hear the noise).
Don't throw balls from far away, they're just easy catches.
Try to only hit players either when they aren't looking at you or after they whiffed a catch or right after they dashed. They're vulnerable in these moments.
Don't use ultimate throws too much, they're easy to counter (you just gotta make sure to be too high in the air for the explosion to hit you and then throw a ball at the person right after they landed).

Protip: you can choose a specific server to connect to. This will only make you play with people using that server but at least your ping will always be lower (if you choose the server closest to you, of course).

P.S. If you see anyone claiming there's cheaters, they simply met very good players that can catch pretty much any shot from new players (especially since new players never throw overcharged shots since they never pass the ball). I can assure you that no cheat exists for this game. Anything you might find by searching will 100% just be a virus.

Fromsoft doesn't care about pc players so there's no cheat prevention. Backup your save regularly if you want to play this game because cheaters can do whatever they want.

Edit: nowadays you can use the "Blue Sentinel" mod to protect your save and to kick cheaters (and even glitch abusers). You can find it on nexusmods. Please spread the word about it, ideally everyone should use it as it fixes what fromsoft didn't fix (including a major vulnerability that can potentially let actual hackers fiddle with your pc).
