QUEST 2/3 USERS THAT EXPERIENCE BLACK SCREEN READ THIS:

QUEST 2/3 users, as of 12/10/23 - in my experience the GAME DOES NOT WORK with Steam Link. I would NOT RECOMMEND buying if you only use Steam Link at it's current state. So far the game will start-up but once started, users will be met with a black screen and then the game will eventually stop loading. If you look in the forums, a lot of users are experiencing this but the Devs can't seem to replicate and address the issue yet. Looks like a previous update may have messed things up, but I can't say for sure. All I can say is save your money until this issue is replicated and fixed if Steam Link is your only way of playing this game.

Angry Birds is a causal VR game where the object of the game is to shoot Angry Birds at haphazard rigged bases built by the Green Pigs. Just like the mobile counterpart, the gameplay idea is shooting AB at Pig fortresses to bring it toppling down and defeating their foes. Each stage is more complex than others, but the pace of complexity is nice.

An added feature is that the player is able to move to various positions around the stage to get a view point for maximum destruction. Hurl bird after bird to destroy the buildings and progress to the next stage.

Overall the game is fun for causal play for a quick VR session. I'd recommend it if you are able to use it through Quest Link or Air Link. If you are using it with Steam Link beware it may not work at all.
