I must say usually when i get a game from humble bundle ill look at it and then it collects dust on the metaphorical shelves of my steam library but i decided to give it a try and holy heck its addicting. the game play loop is simple mine fight waves find fun upgrades that make you fight better or mine better and optimize the heck out of your runs. its fun and a good time waster and you can either make it short or massively long depending on the size of the world you pick

i liked the game so much it was worth backtracking and getting all achievements. A lot can be said about this game. After beating the new DLC i just have to say. The regular endings are better than the dlc's except tony's his is funny. I just don't like having to kill both Rei and Domori. Then if you get the Ceo ending you basically have done "the cycle continues". In my honest opinion Rei and Domori reuniting after being separated for so long is better than killing them. i do have to give props though how they seamlessly added the new content to the base game without changing too much. although i think it should be unavailable on your first playthrough or something. Although the new dlc didnt make me happy and it made more questions than it answered i'd still give the game a solid 9/10 since my misgivings are from me beating the game before the dlc and are not a factor in how the game plays out

MO is a game that's very simple on the surface. it has a very rich story that isn't thrown in your face, it's told by world building and exploring and progressing in the game. And the true ending was worth exploring and finding all the secrets because it also helps fill in the blanks to the overall story

What we are left with is pretty sad but not in a bad way, it leaves it open for a sequel that i for one cannot wait for. The games true ending is knowing that Elara the one MO hears throughout the game pretty much killed all life on the planet and all the humans are zombified shells of their former selves. however Greenbell is left missing and MO helps Elara pass on? and then the game just goes to the title screen so i can't wait to see a sequel to this game. i hope we get closure on what happened to greenbell and maybe we'll have MO save the planet or bring back the humans while also healing the planet of the scars elara made when she wiped all life off the planet. and if the dialogue from the hidden infected people there could be a secret god that was pulling the strings from the shadows the whole time. whatever the case is i for one cannot wait to see what this games future is and i hope this game gets a sequel its too good not to get one.

Very enjoyable even during the parts where you get mad at the game, powering through the challenges makes it super fun
